Our Story...

 Welcome to Corvos Foods! We’re a family-owned business dedicated to bringing the unique flavors of our mom's creamy cilantro sauce to your table. Our signature cilantro sauce, better known as Carmen's Green Sauce, is crafted from a cherished family recipe passed down from my mother. 

Growing up in Venezuela,  my mother Carmen had been making this sauce since the early 80s. I remember it was always a staple when family and friends gathered to eat.  As I learned to make the sauce, it's heavily requested by friends to top off any meal we are gathering for. Unfortunately, my mother passed away from cancer in April of 2022.  As a way to honor her and keep her spirit alive, we've  created Corvos Foods. 

In 2023, we started selling our sauce direct to consumers at  our local farmers market. After great success, we have expanded to other markets in Georgia. Along with my father, my wife and our 3 boys...you can usually find us at a local farmers market on Saturday mornings selling our sauce to new fans!

Each batch of Carmen's Green Sauce is made with love right here in Georgia, using only the freshest ingredients to ensure that every bottle bursts with flavor.
